ANOTHER SATISFIED CUSTOMER!
After a job is complete you will be invoiced
Mac i Graphic Design bills through email via PDF invoices. You may print the document for your records, but for the good of the environment, Mac i Graphic Design will not send a paper invoice through mail unless you request it.
At times a 50% deposit will be required at the onset of work with the remaining due at delivery of products and/or services. This is simply insurance against a client backing out after high-cost printing services are already ordered and leaving Mac i with the bill. OUCH!
Unfortunately Mac i Graphic Design does not take credit cards except via PayPal! But there are many ways to pay for the great products and service you have received.
Non-post dated cheque or Interac e-Transfer are preferred. Paypal (button below) is fine, and of course I will also accept cash, but only in my hand. Please don't mail cash...
Gold bars work too!!!, but shipping is on you!
What Am I Paying For?
Your invoice will outline time spent and expenses incurred in some detail.
Design time is usually the bulk of the hourly charges, but all time is chargeable. To lessen hourly charges, please think about and be as specific as you can about what you expect in your design. Start in the right direction so it is unnecessary to do an "about face" later!
"I don't know what I want, but I'll know it when I see it" is an expensive methodology. If you really don't know what you want, then as a designer I can help you with your message. Be aware that if it takes five designs to get there that all time is chargeable.
Meetings, design changes, administration and quoting all take time and effort. Be aware that all time is chargeable.
All quoting is guaranteed at the terms discussed only. If something different than the original quote is requested, the original quote will not be honoured. A new quote may be offered in its stead.
Expenses include things like, but not limited to, travel, shipping, materials and print costs.
